How do I take the parental control off of my high school musical dvd player?
I have a high school musical dvd player and I have a password for the parental control but one of my buttons for the password is wearing out so soon I won't be able to watch rated R movies! Is there a way for me to take the parental control completely off!?!? Thanks:)
Yes. Since you have the password, you should be able to use that password to go into the menu and turn the password feature completely off.
Go to Google.com and enter in the brand and model number of the DVD player along with the word "manual" to find an online manual if you don't have the manual at home. It should explain how to do this, or how to reset the entire machine to the default settings, in which case, there would be no more password needed.
Look in the menu and see if there is a feature for parental control (then select to turn it off or disable it) and if you can't find that, see if there is a reset to go back to factory default settings, which may delete the password requirement as well.
